It comes as a 17 inch chain with a 2 inch extender, but can be worn shorter than 17 inches because you can just use the large links to hook into the clasp.

Guarantee: Each item sold is guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase as long as you can produce a receipt. Just send it back to me by post, payable by the customer, and I will repair or replace the damaged item for free.
Lifetime repair service: If the item is more than two years old, or you cannot produce a receipt, I can repair the item for a charge, which will vary depending upon what needs to be done to the item. Once I have repaired the item, it falls under the guarantee.
